Anne-Marie has lived in the area for over 35 years. She attended Cumberland schools and has traveled extensively throughout the state. She has a passion for the outdoors which she fully discovered while being employed at LL Bean for 13 years. She prides herself on carrying over into her real estate business the same customer service values. She is an advocate for green design & conversions. Maine has so much to offer and she shares this enthusiasm with every client. Anne-Marie is a top selling broker in the area. As a multi-million dollar producer, she was awarded the Sterling and Diamond International Society Award while at Coldwell Banker for top selling units and volume. She has the expertise and resources you need to make a smooth sale. She prides herself and her team on not just offering services during the transaction but after the sale as well. Her commitment to her clients is unparallel. Anne-Marie currently lives in North Yarmouth with her husband of 15 years and daughter Elena.
Born in Wisconsin, Rosemary and her husband, Jack, have lived in six other states. Maine has been home for 35 years as a resident of North Yarmouth. Before entering the real estate profession, she spent thirty years as a teacher, administrator, educational consultant, and author. Her educational background includes a BA, MSEd, MSEdAd, and PhD.
She enthusiastically entered the real estate profession in 2005 as an associate to Anne-Marie McKenzie (her daughter). Her real estate clients are her priority, and working within the Allen & Selig Realty provides the ideal and special environment that reinforces customer/client sellers’ and buyers’ goals as the mission of the agency.
Personally, she delights in her family of six children, their spouses, and watching and participating in the beauty of eleven grandchildren as they grow to young adults. She has been pro-actively and actively involved in community and state government.
